What data we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our contact form. That is your name, your email address, your phone number (if you provide it), and the content of your message. We do not ask for or collect any sensitive personal data.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss and provide the video services you ask about. Our legal basis is your consent when you send the form, and, where we go on to work together, the performance of our agreement with you. We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing emails unless you separately ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If your enquiry does not lead to work together, we delete it once it is clear we no longer need it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Your enquiry reaches us by email, so it is handled by our email provider acting on our behalf. We only share data where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not run analytics that identify you. The site loads fonts and animation code from third-party providers (including Google Fonts) so pages display and behave correctly; when it does, your browser's IP address is visible to those providers as a normal part of delivering the files. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability.
